At Bravelle we want you to be very happy with the items you choose. We ask that you are 100% happy with your choice before purchase.
Due to the intimate nature of the items we stock we are unable to accept returns on breast prostheses or briefs. We accept returns on swimwear and bras, which must be returned to us within 14 days and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. new and un-used with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Should you need to return a faulty product you will receive a replacement for the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide free postage on returns.
How to Return Items
If you should need to return an item to us, please enclose your contact details as well as the reason for your return. Please remember to state if you require a refund or an exchange.
If you have the original packaging, you can return the item to us in this by turning the bag inside out to hide the original address label. If you do not have the original packaging please return items either in an envelope or box, ensuring that the items cannot be damaged easily.
Returning a breast prosthesis
All of our silicone breast prostheses are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, This guarantee is against manufacturing defaults only and does not cover accidental damage, alteration or neglect. In the unlikely event that you need to return your breast form to us, it must be returned in the original box.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item please contact us on 061 351886 and we will arrange the return. Once we have received the item back, we will contact you to advise if a replacement is available or to offer you a refund. Please note that this only covers manufacturing defaults. An item with normal wear and tear is not considered a faulty item.

We offer free delivery to anywhere in Ireland on all purchases over €50.
Purchases in Ireland, under €50, incur a €6 shipping charge.
Delivery charge to the UK is €10
